  • Up to two meetings with the couple to finalize details

  • Confirm all contracted vendors one week prior to Wedding Day

TIER 1, 2, 3

  • Tier 1 will limit the décor service from our decorator where the entire package is done by IPME thru our preferred vendors and décor ideas provided.
  • Tier 2 will extend the décor service from our decorator where the client will choose the materials, place or vendor not accredited or preferred by IPME to make orders and purchases, joint décor consultations, travel fee and extra effort exerted by our decorator.
  • Tier 3 is an extended décor service from our decorator up to the extreme need for detailed fussy décor that will require more time than usual decorating.

How does your service stand out?

As an event planner I always make sure that I put importance to every detail of the event. From the venue, caterers,down to invites and people that I work with to ensure the success of an event. Our professionalism has never been compromised which means when we do business, we mean fun field event as our slogan says " We do magic, We make a Difference because We make it happen!

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

It's the passion of making a dream event come true. For most clients this could be a one time event that everyone would like to remember. We don't make a Promise, We DELIVER! We give our best to make it happen. Seeing clients smile is what makes me love what I am doing and it is very beneficial to every client who will trust our expertise.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.

As all events are always treated differently and delicately, our fees varies but reasonable and will fit our customers’ budget. For Event Planning, we have Ala Carte, Full Service Planning and Day of Coordinator. For Decorating,, we have Tier 1,2 & 3

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, I have been doing last minute events. Two weeks noticed the shortest was 2 days noticed and I am proud to say that My Team was able to pull this of without compromising the quality of service needed by each one of them. See,since we have been doing this for a long time, we become experts, most of the time in a blink of an eye I can already give you ideas that you have never thought before and be able to give the details of what you need and how much. That’s when you know , you’re in good hands.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advice to have an open mind. Understand that not all vendors are just after the money that you will pay, so if they don't charge you much or a little cheaper than other vendors, most of the time they are just following their passion to art and that they're happiness is to see their clients happy without compromising the quality of an event. And we are one of them.
